How to Initiate a Return & Refund
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. We gladly issue a full refund or store credit for purchases made in the last 30 days. If we made an error or the item you received is not as described, then we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

– Any Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
– All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
– Your full name must be included along with your returned product.
Packaging & Shipping Your Return
If returning an air compressor, please make sure to package it properly using foam padding, and hub protectors to minimize any potential shipping damage. Damage caused due to improper packing will be deducted from your refund.
All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them and in original packaging.
Returned orders must be received within 30 days of return request. Any items not returned in the condition they were received, without original packaging, and/or missing parts will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% or more.
Refunds will be processed and paid within 5-7 business days of Tozalazz’s receipt of the product.

Free Replacement for Mechanical Failure within Two Years: Tozalazz is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. In the unlikely event of a mechanical failure within two years of the purchase date, we will provide a free replacement. Please reach out to our customer support team with details of the issue, and we will guide you through the replacement process.
Please note the following conditions and limitations:
- The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and mechanical failures. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, will be required for warranty claims.
- Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer after 30 days of purchase.
- Tozalazz reserves the right to assess and determine the validity of warranty claims.
